3. Fees & Payments

• Our service fees are displayed on our website and quotes/invoices
• Payments are processed securely via approved gateways (e.g., PayFast, Yoco, Ozow). We do not store card details
• Fees are non‑refundable once an application is submitted to an institution

4. Deliverables & Limitations

• We guarantee submission of your applications to the selected institutions when documents and fees are provided
• We do not guarantee admission, bursaries, or response times from institutions
• We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate information, missing documents, or third‑party outages

5. Communication

We communicate via email, phone, and WhatsApp during business hours. You consent to receiving service-related messages for your applications.

6. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (logos, copy, design) is owned by ApplyHub or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

8. Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the service fees you paid to ApplyHub for the specific service

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if misuse, fraud, or policy violations are detected.
